_Airport customers are the passengers who travel, the passenger airlines and the cargo. They all needs to provide them with facilities and services to make them feel comfortable.
ReplyDelete_The airport should be accessible with ground transportation and lots of parking space. Terminals should be provide with enough check in desks to process the passengers easier and passengers with disabilities should get special services and ground transportation with terminals and the concourse.
_Concourses also should have facilities for any age group and people with disabilities. For example restaurant if the feel want to get a bait, playground for the children to play, duty-free, wireless, rest rooms, café and quite places so they can relax or entertain themselves while they wait for the plane.
_The airlines they also want facilities that will provide them fuel depot to refueling and be routine maintenance for their planes and hangars to storage them while not been used. The cargo should be provided with spaces to load and unload the cargo.
The airport is big facilities and it’s providing everything that passenger need. Every country needs to prepare its airport to work with big airlines company and substantional of passenger. The airport provide many different facilities and support services to the different kind of passengers, for example duty free shops, play area, high standard of security, rest rooms, restaurant, chick in desk and many for passenger who want travel to other countries.

On the other hand, Atlanta Airport that 240,000 of passengers are processed every day. And it’s have 5 runways, 199 gates, 28 parking position and elevated train for transportation between terminals.
The main costumers of an airport are passengers, who need some facilities and services like any other passenger around the world.
ReplyDeleteTransportation to the airport is one of the most important facilities needed to reach the airport on time. Car parks should also be close to the terminal. Ticketing areas or offices must be available at the entrance of the terminal just like Doha international airport. Check-in desks must be lot accessible to the passengers.
After entering the concourse some more important facilities are wanted to provide fun and relaxation climate for the passengers. Restaurants, cafes, duty free shops, clean toilets, prayer rooms, and entertainment should be available to provide a good climate for the passenger before taking off. As well as playing areas for passengers who have children with them like Dubai international airport which has a playing areas for children who are waiting to depart. Some passengers are suffering from sicknesses or with disabilities must be provided with an easy access and special services.
Any passenger who’s travelling should feel safe as soon as they enter the airport terminal, because surely most passengers carry some expensive items and others carry big amounts of money so security is needed at all times in the airport.
Cargo airlines need some facilities and services just like passengers airlines but with fewer facts such as fun and relaxation! Cargo airlines like Qatar airways cargo need a special terminal which is just for cargo such as Hong kong cargo terminal as well as loading and unloading spaces, and don’t forget Security!!

For example, Heathrow International Airport in London handles lots of flights and hundreds of thousands of passengers pass through the airport so those passengers want facilities and services while they are waiting in the airport.

Also passengers have accessible areas for ticketing and check in desk, passenger processing. Airports need to maintain high standards of security so that passengers feel safe, also plenty of facilities in the concourse that provide areas for passengers to relax , eat and entertain themselves while are waiting for their flights also passengers with children airport provide area play for them and special services that easy to access for passengers with disabilities.
Airports have other customers to take care of, too. Passenger airlines and freight companies, as well as their employees, need specific airport facilities in order to do their job well cargo such as DHL. Airlines need space for loading and unloading freight. Airline crew for both passengers and freight. Also airline need runways, aircraft fuel and air traffic information. In addition for aircraft storage or hangar for airplanes those are not used.
Finally airport needs facilities and services to provide the customers and expectations.
Each airport needs substantial number of facilities and services for the customers. The customers of the airport are passengers, who can be adults and children, and airlines. There are tow kinds of airlines one of them passengers' airlines, which serve passengers like Qatar Airways (QR). The second is cargo airlines, which they carry goods and freight from a place to another such as DHL.

And the checking-in and ticketing areas the airport personnel needs to work efficiently to serve passengers. In addition there are plenty of facilities in the concourse area, like for children playing area, and for adults relaxing areas, duty free shops and restaurants.
Passengers not only who need facilities in the airport also passengers airlines need runway, is a place where plans take off and land. Furthers more passengers airlines need aircraft storage to keep airplane when not to be used and fuel depot to storage the fuel. In addition it is important for passengers' airlines to have high standards of security to make passengers feel safe.
Cargo airlines are another important airport customer and cargo airline is airline ship freight and goods by airplane. They also need runways, aircraft storage and fuel depot. There is special type of cargo, for example animals and fragile goods, fragile any cargo can break easily. Cargo airlines need a place for loading and unloading freight.
Finally all airports have customers and they need facilities and services to serve their needs and to make them pleased.
